DC-rated miniature circuit breaker for distribution panels
It's a 2-pole unit rated 10 A at 50 °C with a B tripping curve, meaning the magnetic trip activates at 5.5 x In ±20% DC — a tight window that catches short circuits fast while riding through moderate inrush on resistive loads. Breaking capacity is the headline here: 20 kA Icu at 220 V DC and 250 V DC, 10 kA at 440 V DC, and 6 kA at 500 V DC, all per EN/IEC 60947-2. Rated insulation voltage is 500 V DC, and operational voltages cover 220, 250, 440, and 500 V DC. The thermal-magnetic trip unit gives you both overload protection (thermal bimetal) and short-circuit protection (solenoid).
Clip-on mounting to DIN rail, 36 mm wide (4 x 9 mm pitches), 81 mm tall, 73 mm deep. The tunnel-type terminals accept up to 25 mm² rigid stranded (AWG 4) on top or bottom, with a 14 mm strip length and 2.5 N·m tightening torque. You can land up to three 1 mm² flexible conductors in one terminal — handy for daisy-chaining distribution. IP20 on the terminals, IP40 on the modular enclosure per IEC 60529. The toggle gives local ON/OFF indication, and the contact position indicator confirms the state. Padlockable for lockout/tagout.
