DC-rated miniature circuit breaker for distribution
The MGN61867 is a Schneider Electric Multi9 C60H-DC miniature circuit breaker, single-pole, rated 16 A at 50 °C per EN/IEC 60947-2. It is a thermal-magnetic trip unit with a K-curve — magnetic tripping at 12 x In ±20 % DC — designed for DC network protection in distribution applications. Breaking capacity is 20 kA Icu at 110 V DC, 10 kA Icu at 220 V DC, and 6 kA Icu at 250 V DC, all conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2. The rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 500 V DC, and the rated operational voltage (Ue) covers 110 V DC, 220 V DC, and 250 V DC. The K-curve means the breaker holds through moderate inrush (typical of DC motor or solenoid loads) and trips sharply on hard shorts — a fit for DC distribution where the load has a defined surge profile, not for pure resistive or long-cable runs where a B- or C-curve would be more appropriate.
Clip-on mounting to DIN rail, 18 mm width (2 x 9 mm pitches), 81 mm height, 73 mm depth. IP20 finger-safe front, IP40 inside the modular enclosure. Tightening torque 2.5 N·m.
