Motor ratings and supply-dependent performance
The SH30552P11F2100 is a three-phase servo motor from the Schneider SH3 family, rated for 530 W continuous power. Its nominal speed and torque shift with the supply voltage: at 400 V three-phase it delivers 6000 rpm and 0.63 N.m nominal torque; at 480 V three-phase the same 6000 rpm speed with 0.63 N.m nominal torque and 670 W nominal output power. Peak stall torque reaches 2.5 N.m across the 115–480 V three-phase range, giving short-term overload headroom for acceleration or load transients. Continuous stall torque is 0.71 N.m at the same supply range.
Feedback, mounting, and environmental fit
Encoder type is absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface — a digital/analogue hybrid feedback that reports absolute position within one revolution at power-up, no homing sequence needed. The drive must support Hiperface protocol; this is common on Lexium and other servo drives that accept SinCos encoders. IP65 rating on both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5 means it withstands dust ingress and low-pressure water jets — suitable for washdown areas or dusty production floors. Cooling is by natural convection; no external fan or coolant circuit required.
Electrical connection and sourcing posture
The electrical connection uses a rotatable right-angled connector — the cable exit angle can be adjusted in the field to suit tight cable-tray routing or panel entry. Stator resistance is 17.4 Ohm and stator inductance is 53.54 mH, which the drive tuning algorithm uses for current-loop gains.
