Integrator's note – I/O map and supply limits
The SR3B102BD is a Zelio Logic smart relay with six discrete inputs (IEC 61131-2 Type 1, 24 V DC, 4 mA sink), four analog inputs (0–10 V or 0–24 V common-mode, 12 kΩ impedance), and four transistor outputs rated 24 V DC / 0.5–0.625 A each. Supply voltage range is 19.2–30 V DC; the module draws 50 mA without extension, up to 160 mA with expansions. The on-board clock and automatic program memory check on every power-up are enabled by default — no battery required for time-stamped logic, though a backup of 10 years at 25 °C keeps the clock running through extended power loss.
Mounting & field connection
DIN-rail mount, torque terminal screws to 0.5 N·m. Discrete inputs accept 3-wire PNP proximity sensors; analog inputs operate over a 10 m screened cable distance between stations. Transistor outputs include overload and overvoltage protection. Cycle time ranges 6–90 ms depending on program complexity. Counting frequency on discrete inputs is 1 kHz.
