The Siemens SENTRON 3VA1010-4ED32-0BC0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker rated for 100 A continuous current (Iu) across ambient temperatures up to 50 °C, with a thermal-magnetic TM210 release for line protection. Its interrupting capacity hits 121 kA at 240 V and 75.6 kA at 415 V — numbers that matter when you're coordinating downstream breakers in a distribution panel and need the main to hold fault current without letting it cascade upstream.
Thermal derating and real-world loading
Above that, it derates: 96 A at 55 °C, 94 A at 60 °C, 92 A at 65 °C, and 90 A at 70 °C.
Auxiliaries and releases
Comes with an undervoltage release (UVR) built in — that's the '4ED' in the order code telling you it's there. The auxiliary trip accessory is order code 3VA9608-0BB11 if you need a shunt trip later.
Dimensions: 130 mm height, 76.2 mm width (3-pole), 70 mm depth. The IP40 front face means the breaker handle and nameplate are protected against solid objects over 1 mm, but the enclosure needs to handle the rest of the IP rating.
