Power supply for the EM3570 meter
The METSEEM3570PS is the dedicated 24 V DC power supply module for the PowerLogic EM3570 DIN-rail power and energy meter. It accepts a wide input range of 90...600 V AC or 125...300 V DC and delivers a regulated 24 V DC output rated at 0.3 A — enough to power the meter and a small auxiliary load like a remote display or communication module. Rated power consumption is 8 W / 20 VA, so the thermal load on the enclosure stays modest. The module carries IP20 finger protection, suitable for clean indoor panel environments only.
DIN-rail fit and environmental limits
The module snaps onto a standard DIN rail and occupies a 36 mm wide slot (1.4 in) with a depth of 68 mm (2.7 in) and height of 95 mm (3.7 in). That footprint leaves room alongside the EM3570 meter in a multi-device panel layout. Operating temperature range is -25 to 70 °C (-13 to 158 °F) with 5...95 % non-condensing humidity. Storage range extends to -40...85 °C. Altitude is limited to 2000 m — above that, derate the output or provide forced cooling.
Safety and compliance
The METSEEM3570PS is certified to IEC 61010-1:2010, UL 61010-1:2019, and CSA C22.2 No 61010-1-12 — the safety standard for electrical measurement and control equipment. EMC immunity complies with IEC 61326-1 and EN 61326-1, so the module will not trip or glitch from nearby contactors, drives, or switching supplies in the same cabinet. Lifecycle status is active (current production). No end-of-life notice or successor part is documented.
