Standard vs. SIPLUS: what changes
The core difference between this 6AG1052-1HB00-2BA6 and the standard LOGO! 24RC (6ED1052-1HB00-0BA6) is the extended temperature envelope and the conformal coating. The standard part is rated 0 to 55 °C; the SIPLUS runs from -25 to +70 °C (though UL listing caps at 55 °C). Coating protects against humidity and mild chemical exposure, so if the panel goes into a non-climate-controlled enclosure, this is the one to spec. All other functions—24 V AC/DC supply, 80 h power reserve, display, 35 mm DIN mount—are identical.
Mounting and derating notes
Snaps onto 35 mm DIN rail; 4 spacing units wide (72 mm). Supply voltage derates at high temperature: below 20.4 V DC may cause dropout above 55 °C—feed 22–27.5 V DC if the ambient exceeds that threshold. The display brightens below 0 °C and dims above 55 °C; this is a reversible LCD effect, not a failure. Relay output current also derates: 10 A resistive at ≤55 °C, drops to 3 A per relay above that (15 s peak for 10 A rating). Keep external fusing on the load side; no short-circuit protection built in.
