The 6AG1052-2HB00-2BA6: Mounts on standard 35 mm rail. At 72 mm wide (4 spacing units) it leaves room for the CPU and other modules in the same row. IP20 means it requires an enclosure for anything beyond basic dust protection.
Thermal limits and derating
If your panel will see UL inspection, plan the thermal budget around 55 °C, not the full 70 °C. Output current also steps down above 55 °C: each relay is limited to 10 A resistive at standard temp, but above 55 °C that drops to 3 A continuous (or 10 A for less than 15 seconds). Inductive loads stay at 3 A max per relay, with the same 1 A derating above 55 °C.
